Proactivator is an AI-first operating cockpit for building, running, and evolving a business. Not a chat window, not a dashboard of charts, not a mindmap — a command center that answers the questions an operator actually has: what is happening, what changed, what needs me, what is blocked, what should happen next. Underneath, it builds a digital twin of the business— a living structural model of how the work actually flows: the decisions, the dependencies, the institutional drag — consulted when you ask why, invisible when you don't.
Before it commits to a move, Proactivator runs a tournament. It generates many candidate approaches and makes them compete on the digital twin — scored, stress-tested, and eliminated against one another, in the spirit of the verified search behind systems like AlphaProof. What ships is the approach that won against the alternatives, with its reasoning kept — not the first plausible guess.
It is in daily use today as the machine that builds and operates everything on this page — the websites, the agents, the media, the decisions. The path ahead: a standalone, local-first product any operator can download and point at their own business.
